Here are the general permissions for Mofunari (aka Ishida Mitsunari of Samurai Wariors 3). ♥ They will be changed if they need to be because of plotting and happenings, in which case I will update them as soon as it occurs to me that I... should. Yes.
[ SECTION A ]
Backtagging: Yes, yes and yes! I do this all the time.
Threadhopping: Why not? There might be times when it's not appropriate for you to jump in, but in those cases threads will be specifically labelled as private.
Fourth-walling: Sure! Considering he's based on a famous historical figure from Japanese history it's kind of inevitable, to some degree.
Device-hacking: Usually a yes. If it's really necessary for something to remain unhacked I'll mention as such within the post.

Fighting/Injury/Death: Well. In soul_campaign he has none of his musou and no real way to defend himself if he's stuck without back-up or meister. So, if you want to get stuck in a physical fight, contact me first. xD I seriously doubt he'd win and I don't want him getting really roughed up without knowing it's going to happen and talking it out with you first. No killing him at all, however. As for verbal fights... man, I ENCOURAGE those. Mitsunari needs to practise his epic snarking skills at any and all available opportunities.
Hugging/Kissing/Relationships: AHAHAHAHAHA GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. Hug or kiss him without warning and he will hit you. Or even with warning, if there's been no relationship development. He's big on personal space. You certainly have my permission to try either without my permissions, just be prepared for the consequences. 8'D However... if you want to try and develop a relationship with him, go ahead. My number one rule is 'go with what feels natural,' and if something happens over time, it happens. He will be difficult, but is fully capable of developing romantic relations with the right person. As for sexuality... judging from what we see in canon combined with the time period/place his canon is set, I'd say bisexual with strong tendancies towards other men. You should see him get all flustured when Muneshige teases him, it's pure hilarity.
Other Stuff: Mitsunari comes from his own Samurai Warriors 3 story, where he won the Battle of Sekigahara. That's important enough to mention here, I think. Otherwise... if you have any questions to ask me, or specific permissions you want to ask about, feel free to do so here! =3
