3. Many students decide to apply to NYU because of our New York City location. Apart from the New York City location, please tell us why you feel NYU will be a good match for you.
Can you separate your toenails from your toes? Yes, but it is painful. Can you separate your vocal cords from your throat? Yes, but you will have no voice. Can you separate your heart from your chest? Yes, but you will cease to live. If NYU were in Kansas, would Dorothy have had access to museums, the United Nations, world renowned professors and work experience options which exist in New York City? Your university utilizes its location like no other school to provide a unique educational experience. Can you separate NYU from NYC? Yes, but what is one without the other? NYU is a good match for me because I don’t need a bump on the head to know where I am going or where I belong....probably the one I just finished for NYU...this will probably keep me from getting in or something...but I don't really care.
