so very busy, so little time...
my mom and i have moved out of my sister's house into a condo. my mom is very excited and wants to fix it up. i just can't share her feelings. it's still very hard to deal with. but i'm sooooo happy to be away from my sister, the brats, and the extreamly whiny great dane. no more insults, no more kids running wild, no more untrained and very loud howling dog...
school has been busy. my first quarter is over, and i got a 90% in the class. this quarter is about animal behavior, restrain for procidures, and posibly radiology. i've learned about what makes a good pet owner, and what makes a bad pet owner. i've also learned that there are really and truely attack cats. the vets have a code name for them, SH or "shit head". LOL!!! but most of the cats i've had are concidered "low" cat (gets a little upset but is calm for the most part), except for Jackie, who was a "high" cat (biter). my uncle had a SH cat, Kitty, who had to be drugged before going to the vet. she lived in her box, and if anyone went near her box, she would growl, hiss, scratch, and bite. my uncle was the only one that could hold her and pet her...
tomorrow, i'm going to help out at the school table at Pawtober Fest. it's a fund raiser for the animal shelter. i get to help hand out bandanas and take the pulses of the dogs. i'm excited!!! i hope we raise lots of money and help alot of animals...
so, off i go, to put dinner away...
