Aaa..a very nice thought. I like the theme of the discussion.
For me, it would be Michael/Sara fic called How Bad? I wrote only recently. It deals with the events of the night Sara left the door opened for Michael. And it means a lot to me for two reasons.

Firstly, its because I got the idea for this fic by looking at an old picture of the two I actually never saw before, and just the look gave me such an impulsive sudden rush of inspiration, that though I couldnt type it up into my computer directly, I scribbled the whole thing up in a couple of minutes on a few shreds of paper. I by far dont think this to be the best piece of my work, but the sudden rush of creativity was so strong I wont think I will ever experience again.

The second reason is, that the fic deals with some dark past issues, which by an allegory represent and symbol some of my own dark fears. I could somehow relate to Sara and understand her actions and feelings so well, because I experienced some very similar ones myself, just under other circumstances, as well as I believe that in the life of every person, there is a moments when such feelings ocur. And I believe that many people can understand and relate to her state of mind during that time, too.

I dont know if I have achieved some deeper meaning for others, but it definitely left me rethinking some choice I made myself and realize, that nothing is never that white or that black, but that unfortunately, there are always shades of grey. Its not like I wounldnt have know before, but suddenly, when you see the example sticking to someone else, you start to observe it with different eyes, seeing your own possible actions from a different perspective.

Now I dont know if this is what this post is supposed to be about, I hope I didnt just make a biiig fool out of myself.:) Just thought this to be a too good discussion not to give an input myself.

And what great reasons for choosing your fic. The creative urge can be a beautiful thing and having the physical expression of that to point to and remember that feeling is something very special. Especially if it’s something that resonated emotionally with you. Thank you for sharing!
