Introducing Guest Editor - our new discussion forum!
This activity is the place for a volunteer to write an editorial piece centering around the processes of writing or reading.
We have the privilege of our first Guest Editor being the very talented and articulate domfangirl who is going to present her editorial on:
“What I Look for When Deciding to Read a Fic”
Go, read, and then - discuss! Our editorials here at foxriver_fic aren't one-sided, that's no fun. Input and ideas are what this activity is all about! (edit: hers will be a separate post)
And if you'd like to be a guest editor, drop a note here or email the mods at any time to volunteer. Here's some topics you might consider if you can't think of one:

"A Guide to Writing Believable Slash"
“Point of View - The Basics”
“A Reader's Plea - the Five Things Readers Want to Ask Their Favorite Authors to Do in a Fic”
“A Writer's Plea - the Five Things Writers Want to Know From Their Readers About Their Fics”
“The Ten Best Resources For Beginning Writers”
“How to Find a Beta and How to Work With One to Produce Better Fic”
And don't forget: voting is still on for the PB Fan fic awards. Go show your support for PB fanfic!
