The good, the bad and the ugly
The Good:
-A few fridays ago, I got to go to the Weird Al concert! WOOT! It was very fun indeed. I went with the fam and twas very nice. He does quite a few costume changes and you get to see clips from AL TV when he does. Some of the funniest ones was with Madonna, Eminem and Kevin Federline.
-I applied to K-Mart and the site actually lets you schedule your own interview so I have an interview on Friday at 10am. I am hoping that I have a fighting chance to get it. Even if it is stockroom, I just wanna get out of the nursing home.
-My uncle is going to talk to some people at Wal-Mart and see when he could do to get me hired there. So if K-Mart doesn't work out, I have another option...hopefully.
The Bad:
-Last week (or the week before, I'm going senile and can't remember anything anymore) I, along with the other housekeepers, had to deep clean several rooms because of scabies.
-I still work at the hellhole. I'm happy I have a job but I hate the job.
The Ugly:
-No one said anything about a resident having scabies. Instead, they let the resident walk up and down the hallways which is why we had to clean out the rooms.
-I found out some disturbing things about a relative that is adding to the list of "why this particular person is not my favorite person right now". I'm simply appalled by what I have learned and it makes it hard to look this person in the eye and not show the disappointment I have.
That's about all that has happened. I'm just searching for another job while taking care of the kitties ^_^. Sarabi and Grace are my heart. I love them so much. I'm a dork, leave me alone :-P.
