So for the last few weeks I've been deliberating on what to post for my first update in 2005. Various ideas have been considered. However, they quickly fell to the wayside when I happened upon this picture. All else seemed irrelevant in light of the recent voting success in Iraq. One fun fact: Current voter turnout estimates are at a possible of 70-80%. In comparison, the U.S. only sees around 50-60% voter turnout. I believe the highest the U.S. ever saw was 63% when Kennedy was elected.
