(no subject)
Just a quick note, while I waste away the precious minutes between now and the time I absolutely have to jet for my anatomy lab. Not much to say. If I'd had the time, I would have put together another episode of 'lessons learned' (which would have proved *extremely* interesting, I assure you) but alas. You can blame the fact that I had to scarf down some lunch prior to the upcoming removal of a dead person's testicle. Yes, you read that correctly; that's what I'm doing today. Very soon, in fact. I'm a little freaked. Dunno if I really *want* to see or do that. Everyone seems in the same boat. Awkward laughter was a constant undertone in today's lecture. It was amusing, or would have been, if I wasn't one of the awkward-laugh-ees.
In other news, I rock. Like diamonds in your socks. I managed to bruise my own hand while doing the naihanchi katas. Yes, that's right; I bruised *myself* in a martial art designed to injure *other* people. Mind you, I've done this before *cough*Saesan*cough* but this time was quite exceptional. My hand is actually swollen. I amaze me.
Haha, I guess at least I know I'm generating some sort of power....
Now the trick is to not inflict said power on myself, reserving it, instead, for anyone that dares cross my path *evil laughter*
Well, I do believe I'm testing the limits of my ability to speedwalk by remaining here before my computer, when in fact, my lab begins in just under fifteen minutes.
*sigh* I will of course offer a full report later tonight. :S
