Wewt Uni nearly done!
Well once again I think it's time to post some sort of content :P
I am currently in the exam period as of tomorrow and I have an exam on every two days from then for a week and a bit ;.; including weekends! Since when are exams held at 8am on a weekend dammit :P
I've been trying to study hard and help my other friends while finishing off the last of my assignments.. this has been made hard due to the new fact that Moreth decided it would be a good idea to buy me WoW when he saw I seemed a tiny bit interested xD That bum! Now I'm kinda addicted >.> not so cool with exams around the corner but should be able to manage it all :3
Another recent addition is the fact that we are going to be heading down to Sydney for Camerons family visit towards the start of December and then head down to Melbourne from there for Midfur before flying back on the last Sunday :) it will be a big bite into my savings but it will be worth it to get out of here for once :P although I was planning a surprise trip soon anyway but that'll just have to be re-organized teehee
Work has been nice enough to let me off for the time I need for the trip (A few twisted arms of the boss that is) he owes me so is doing me the favor :)
I made my first pair of rave pants around two weeks ago now! I bought myself a sewing machine to make them and now have lots of ideas for when the holidays start to make more things! and since then I bought a sandwich press and some more kitchen stuffs! Wewt! Which reminds me, we now actually have pots to cook in!!! this may not seem like much but I have been cooking dishes using a Wok and a small frying pan.. so boiling pasta etc was not exactly easy especially since it is usually in large quantities.
I had to replace my speed-o cable on my bike yesterday so now I can actually tell what speed I am going which is a major improvement considering I have been without now for around 3-4 months xD The main positive is that during those months my total K's on the bike did not increase which keeps the bikes value higher :P I also bought some motorcycle gloves that DON'T smell like pickles since everybody complained about them both at uni and at home :P
I can't wait until these exams are over so I can finally stress less and stop picking at people which I notice I seemed to be doing lately... :\ Also it will give me time to look for a new job in the area of IT with better pay! I am sick of Bunnings already.. it's been three years so I think that determines that I need a change in the upcoming year at least :) so job applications are already flying around to see what's out there.
Also I was going to start looking into the stock market towards the start of next year and maybe if I get confident enough I might get into it with some of my savings. Also I am hoping to look at new places to rent in case this place becomes unstable and also to help with travel to uni and being closer to the city would always help :3 or at least closer to a supermarket! Either that or maybe look at how much home loans are these days :P my goal is to get a house when I'm 21 so I need to start checking stuff out over the next few years :) but that's all way ahead right now so I need to think of the simpler stuff first to keep me busy.
With any luck Moreth will be able to find another new job soon as well because he is getting paid crap where he is working now.. although the air con is worth it xD oh how I'd kill to work in air con... imagine working in a fan forced tin oven and that is what it's like working at Bunnings during summer.
I've also realized recently that none of my uni friends are actually doing my exact course so nobody will be in my subjects next year ;.; all alone again and have to meet more people though which is always a plus! :P and in my third year of my course I get to develop a game graphics engine and do industry training at the same time! YaaaaY ^.^
Turns out that if I just pass my exams by a thin red line I should be able to keep my scholarship as well which is a major load of stress off my chest thankfully considering I should get above a pass :P unless I totally flunk out.. which is always a possibility which I don't like thinking about :P
And now time to get back to studying! so that's the end of another Fox-Life story ^.^
