So there's another gap in the paper's lineup and my boss wants me to write another column. This time, however, I've been given more than a few hours notice; I have a couple of days. I thought I'd answered this one already *scratches head* maybe I just answered it in my mind....

I think it's pretty bad right now, and I'm glad I don't have to deal with it.

Well, purely in hypothetical terms, a very nice and well crafted tiara can make one go from five feet, one inch tall to about six feet, three inches tall.

This hypothesis may have flaws, however; my own tiara has only added about three inches to my height. It does make me look supremely cute, though.

3 inches is not to be sneezed at, and I'm sure it's very cute-making.

Also, if one made you 6'3" you'd be taller than me. Damn, that'd be some tiara :)

Also, wow, is that a nice offer, but I can safely say it'd look two thousand times better on you than me. I could never carry it off :)

Look, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I need to tell you a few facts about me.

I do not and cannot look good in a dress. I am THE ugliest chick you have ever seen in your entire life. Given that a tiara with pants is no tiara at all, I just couldn't in good conscience wear it with a dress. It would be a disaster.

Beer and Halloween have contributed to some wild costumes, but the drag card stays down. I'm hoping my erstewhile boy will make sure of that for a long time to come. :)
