Homg. Update-o!
What epic win!!
On Friday in social studies, Mr. Kaas introduced our latest project. A skit in a group of four or so people. Well of course, I'm in a class where I have no friends that I actually like to work with. There's Arun, but she likes to work with Min... and I don't like Min that much. >.> Plus, I reeeaaally wanted to work with someone I can get along with perfectly.
So, when Mr. Kaas set everyone off to get into groups, I hopped up to him sitting at his desk and asked if, since I had no one to work with, if I could work with my friends who are in his first period class.
Here's how it goes:
"Mr. Kaas~ I don't have anyone to work with... Everyone got in their little posses and there aren't any people who want to work with me. And since we can film it... can I work with some of my friends in your first period class?" I ask.
"Maaaybe. Would you and your friends be working on it after school or something?" he replies.
"I guess. We have the same lunch, too. So we could work then."
"Okay. I'll allow it. But you have to do be working during class on something. If you're not, then it's done and you have to work with someone in this class."
"Okie dokie." (I'll probably sit there and write notes the whole time. xD)
"Okay. Who do you want to work with? Emily?"
"Yep~"
"Are you friends with Kozy?"
"Yepyep~"
"Okay. What class does Emily have right now?"
"English."
"With Mrs. Best?"
"Yep~"
"Okay. Take the pass, and go down to Mrs. Best's room and talk to Emily about it, okay?"
xD So I went to find her and we talked about it. So I get to work with my homeos!! Yay!
Homg. I'm so glad. I finished all my stupid English homework this afternoon. It took me an hour just to write my final for the essay.
On Friday, though, during biology, Irina told me that we can only do a comparison essay or a contrast essay. But I did both. Hell, that was my thesis! The plots are similar, yet once you look at it closely, they turn out to be different. I'm gonna be pissed if I get points docked for that. D:
Oh noes. I just remembered... all of my friends are leaving meee. D: Pretty much all of the friends that I've made so far this year have changes to their schedules for second semester. Irina's biology class is switching from third period to fifth period. Kady's geometry period is switching from fourth to first. (And Justen's dropping out of school, so the only friend I'll have left is Joey, who always goes off to hang out with Jeff.)
I started making my Mikuru costume yesterdaaay!! Unfortunately, the first skirt I made sucked ass. D: So I made a bettar one. :D And my mom showed me the awesomesauciest thing EVAR. It's something my grandma showed her. You take this strip of dried glue, and you pin it between to pieces of fabric, and then you iron it (I use a hair straightener. :D) and then it melts the glue and keeps the pieces of fabric together. It's sooo cool!
