Hm... I've always thought it was Kazu in this case, but honestly, it could refer to both of them equally. I think in the instance it's used though it was probably directed to Kazu-kun. On the other hand, I don't think Spitfire was really particular about who he sparked the flame in as long as it was sparked. Flame in this case being the passion for A-T.

Yeah. I know in Kuu-scans it definitely pointed towards Kazu more, which made sense given the circumstances.
