Becoming the Geek

Well, today my sister and her husband introduced me to their favourite game of all time - World of Warcraft. Now, I had heard of this game before, but knew nothing about it, and my sister had been saying how much I would like it, etc etc.

Well I stayed at their house last night, watching them play (they have a computer each! O.o and they're really good too) and then had a go myself today. I got really into it, and got to level 8 as a warlock. Sadly, I was on a friend of their's account and so I had to delete my character. They bought the game for me though and I managed to recreate my character and and get to the same level :D It's so much fun. God, I thought I was a geek before, but now...this just takes the cake. My warlock is a blood elf and has a cool little imp minion that keeps telling me all the creatures he has to attack weren't in his contract and that we should all get along. It's hilarious.

Anyway, school starts tomorrow, and have barely done any of the homework, but thankfully, my teacher never checks the homework and I'm fairly sure we don't have to hand any of it in - usually it's corrected all as one and he's telling us answers, etc and we're correcting our own work. Geez, I hope so.

Also, so happy, I got to drive from my sister's to my house - an hour of driving through the city and everything! My mum has been saying no until I get lessons, but I keep forgetting to book them >
