Obama was elected President. I feel as though a crushing weight has been lifted from my soul.Bad:
Prop 8 passed. I'm not constantly agonizing about this anymore. And I don't feel like I'm going to hit anyone with blunt objects now because of it.Good:
MTV is putting all of their videos up online, so you can watch them any time you like.
OMGOMG! You have no idea how happy this makes me! I feared that I may never see these videos again.
These videos are the foundation of my musical taste. This is what I used to listen to back in high school. (This is what Alternative music was before Grunge.) MTV would only play stuff like this for about two hours from 1am to 3am on Sunday nights.

(Some of the videos have tape glitches, but they do go out all the way to the very end of the video. I remember when these originally aired, the last few seconds of the video was frequently cut off. On one you can see character generated tape info text stuff for a few frames at the end. (I haven't been able to read what it says, but I'm sure it's probably something like tape number, and place commercial here sort of text.))
