Because I know a lot of you were worried about what happened to the Guinness I opened the other day and its fizz-thingy didn't go off...
I put it in a glass, covered it and put it in the refrigerator. So:
Guinness Marinated Chicken
Ingredients
12oz Tragically flat bottle of Guinness Stout
1/8 - 1/4c Worcestershire Sauce
1/2t Salt
1/2t Fresh ground black pepper
1-2t Italian seasoning
3lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (Chef prefers thigh meat to chicken breasts as he feels it is more juicy and flavorful with a superior texture)
Marinade for at least an hour or overnight (the longer it soaks, the more flavor will be imparted to the chicken)
I am going to try baking the chicken this time. I usually grill or pan-fry, but want to see how this is baked.
