And the most defeated attempt of the night award goes to...me! So I came home from an unsuccessful shopping trip and got into an argument with my mom, this led me to work out. This means I ran a mile+, did about nine bajillion (100) crunches and (50ish) lunges, a jumping jack here, a push up there...then it was time for ice cream . And boy oh boy were Ben and Jerry good to me tonight!

Sorta miss Ryan, but I won't admit it and you can't make me...My ARIZONA Green Tea sure is helping tho.
