House 4x16 - "Wilson's Heart" Picspam & Icons, Part 1

This is a little nutty. I started off with a "small" picspam of "Wilson's Heart," and ended up with one that has over 180 images, and over 300 icons. So I've decided to present everything in two parts. I promise, that I am still reasonably sane, even though I admit, I did go a little bit crazy over editing these screencaps and cropping icons...
Why??? This OBVIOUSLY Means You Are Insane
Perhaps. Hugh Laurie, though, as Dr. House, is irresistible and maddeningly beautiful, making Dr. House on screen an intense bundle of acidic and brilliant nervous energy, and thus a driving force behind mad Photoshop coloring and icon cropping. And obviously this is an insomniac's response to major House withdrawal of looking forward to four months of House-lessness. Post-Wilson's Heart fanfic recs, anyone?
I just recently updated Fugues Fiction Archive: House Edition (my personal House fanfic rec site) with more than 100 new recommendations. So check that out if you're interested, but there's no post-Wilson's Heart fics yet.

This is a very, very spoilery and VERY image-heavy post that attempts to tell the story of "Wilson's Heart" with minimal text, the season 4 House finale that caused millions of people to bawl their eyes out and declare this the most amazing hour of television since first season's "Three Stories." If you have not seen this episode yet, you should not touch this post. If you THINK you may watch this episode, do not touch this post!
For all non-House fans (and everyone else, including inducted fans), I am working on a post just for you. I will be including a massive music post of over 300 MB of House music over the seasons, as well as my favorite episodes from each season, also available by download. Right now I'm thinking maybe 8 episodes, average of two per season? House fans, I need some suggestions for your favorite episodes in season 1 and 2 ("Three Stories" is a given, but anything else? Looking back, I didn't really care for seasons 1 & 2).
But really, this picspam does NOT do the episode justice. I am quite happy with the coloring job I did, and I did spend three days so far working on this (the pain in my back, forearms, shoulders attest to this...), and I am very, very happy with these icons. Probably some of my best coloring of this style.
Part two of this picspam will be posted in a few days, along with some music from this episode.
