Machete
Ok, so I really wanted to like the movie Machete...but perhaps that was my downfall. I think my expectations for cheesiness were set higher than delivered.
The good:
-The main actor has such a cool look
-Michelle Rodriquez didn't die in this movie (for once in her career, it was refreshing to see)
-Some awesome special fx
-Gore factor quite high for the first 5 minutes
The bad:
-Michelle Rodriquez didn't die in this movie (hey, I never said I was a fan)
-Way too long! It felt like 3 hrs. Now, it could have been that I went to see the late show, and was extremely tired, so I may have wanted it to end sooner rather than later. I will admit, that may have been a swaying factor.
-The acting. All around. I think the only one who was decent was Robert DeNiro & Jessica Alba. And you know it's bad when I'm saying Jessica Alba was one of the best actors on the screen.

-Bad Lindsay Lohan body-double sex scene. Just strange.
