The Quest for friends
So Im getting ready right now to travel an hour south of me to go to my first SCA event in years. the Past few months have seen me start to, against my better judgment, re-enter the Scadian world.
Last night I pulled out my rusting armor and tried it on. My wife Baked an Apple crisp for the potluck and I went trough my wardrobe to find the perfect out fit. It felt like I was getting ready for a first date.
The point of all this is that we are lonely. All our good friends are hours away and if We are going to keep our sanity for the next couple of years we need people. so for this reason Im taking one for the team and going to try and be social
