Armor
I took my lamellae to the Dun Ard meeting on Sunday and laced a bunch together. I ran out of plates that had been smoothed out pretty quickly.
But I decided to keep the project going. I got a rotary tool and polishing heads and sat down this afternoon to smooth out some more plates.
I only did 7 before the signs of an impending afternoon thunderstorm drove me inside. Still, seven is better than zero.
I am going to need more polishing heads for the rotary tool. The one I used today was new and now it looks heavily used. I can probably get another seven plates done with it though.
