Just yesterday it was "F" leading by one to two points.
It's tie right now, and will likely keep changing slightly back and forth till this is done.
The main point of Dipanic's question is valid no matter what the outcome. Essentially, having "F" in the lead or neck and neck with "A" is not exactly a glowing unified endorsement of his work thus far. It remains to be seen how, or if, they report on the actual results of this poll.
I'd say it's more of an even split along Party lines, with the "middle" being in the B to D range, roughly equivalent to the election results. Your doubts about MSNBC are no different from the Left's doubts about FoxNews polls, whose results are predictably to the right.
How they report this does remain to be seen. Just this morning ABC, different network I know, said that a "recent poll" showed he has a 64% approval rating. No particulars of that poll were given of course.

According to all the polls that they report we approve of his actions
Not what I see
Sad really maybe it would be different if he knew the tea paries were not some strange fringe but the voice of the people he allegedly represents
I really am sad about our country
