So last Sunday I made my first ever lemon meringue pie, which is my favourite kind. I used the recipe from How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman (the most helpful cookbook ever - 100x better than Joy of Cooking).

So after a very exciting week last week that had us away from home more nights than here, we are back to receiving our veg boxes! This week we received:

Most people know that I have a thing for garlic - absolutely love the stuff and just one clove will never do. . . until now.
