Today was perhaps one of the worst days yet this year - if it could have gone wrong today it did. I really do hate Tuesdays something terrible, and today was no exception.

So, yes I have successfully written my first law school essay and so in celebration I'm baking cookies. We had a gander through our recipe collection and thought that given the dreadful weather today, that something spicy sounded just the thing, and was clinched by the author's suggestion of apples, cheese and spiced rum as accompanments.
