but there is one thing that I have learned from this moot problem (and criminal law in general). Making video tapes or allowing videos to be made of your exploits is A Bad Plan.
Seriously, just because someone says they are just going to use said video for their own enjoyment (and even if they mean it and it doesn't end up on the internet), you never know what you could be charged with should the police get hold of such a thing. And you would be amazed what the criminal law can be stretched to cover - all it takes is one prudish judge (or one with pretensions to prudishness) and you're toast.
So put the cameras away and clean your toys before using them. Sepsis and the criminal law are not fun, especially in combination.
