Stop, already
Dear Various Applications,
I'm so glad that there is a new version of you available and so touched that you want me to be part of your latest and greatest incarnation. The problem, you see is that to upgrade you requires me to also upgrade my operating system. Yes, I know Tiger is so 2006, but it works for me. I'm sure Snow Leopard is shiny, but it is also still in it's teething phase, and, really, I'm rather happy with my computing environment as it is, thank-you-very-much. So, thanks, but no thanks AND QUIT POPPING UP THOSE STUPID LITTLE DIALOGUE BOXES EVERY 5 MINUTES. If I wanted annoying pop-up boxes I would still be running windows.
