We're Back!
And totally zonked, but had an utterly fantastic time. Some quick stats to whet your appetites:
So now to crash and tomorrow to ease into actual normal life, where you have to do things like - oh - cook your own food and clean-up your own messes.
In the mean time, what did we miss? I caught something on the Beeb in the Copenhagen airport that Iran is in something of a bother. . .
- 12 days with the in-laws and nobody died
- 10 days on the boat and no motion sickness
- 7 different countries that spanned the range of economic development
- 8 GB of pictures (thought about shooting RAW and then thought about the limited storage space we had with us)
- No newspapers or newsreports since we left
- less than 30 minutes of internet connectivity total
