elitist, am i?
the weather these days is getting about nas crazy as me. it was warm on new year's but now it's windy and freezing cold again. i guess it doesn't seem that crazy to some people being winter and all, but this is redondo fucking beach! not that it's a bad thing per se, i actually enjoy the cold. but the thing is i get out from work at 10 or 11 at night and the wet cold is really doing a number on my back and hip. the belly's getting a little rounder and that makes my back curve a little more painfully all the time. i think it's made me shorter, too. :P
anyway, just killing time here. i've been somewhat hard to reach lately because of stupid work. well, work isn't that bad, it's just the 8-hour shifts with nothing but standing and standing-type activities. i'm supposed to be on full-time sign duty by now but i guess they're a few people short there on manhattan... bob applied, so we'll see how that goes. i've been putting in a few good words, for moni too, who applied for starbucks last tuesday. in fact, she should have gotten a call by now... boo, she better call someone to check on that.
bah. husband's home. getting distracted. picking up the cousin tomorrow. will update on that matter later.
