My Life as a normal human
Work is work. I enjoy it though. The past few days have been slow. Which is nice because I can read the LJ's and webcomics. I actually read an entire series of a webcomic. It was really cheesy and girly, but hey, guys can have those sinful delights too.
I haven't really hung out with my friends like I wanted to. And I haven't gone campng yet. Which is what I really wanted to do this summer. But I did get the days off work to be able to go on the raft trip! WOOT. so that is nice. I don't think I'll be rowing this year. My dad wants to take our boat. Which I think is nice. Last year I was really lonely all by myself on my raft. My bro hung around a little to keep me company, but he is my brother and I live with him. So this year I'll be able to lounge about on someone else's raft. Hopefully this is kosher.
My car is really nice. I love it.
I ate breakfast with Alex the other morning. We went to the Shack before I had to be at work. It was really nice to see her again and I enjoyed talking with her and bullshitting as I usually do. We got into a small wrestling match on the sidewalk and everyone was looking at us. It was really funny.
Alas, Alex disappeared into the mist agian. I have not idea how to reach her. So I have to wait for her calls.
I had an interesting dream last night. I dreamt I was going up in the space shuttle. I was chosen out of some academic contest and I was going to go. Unfortunately most of the dream was spent with me worrying about what to pack for a shuttle trip. I woke up right when I was leaving my house.
Bummer.
