I'm doing much better now. Though my legs still feel like crap. :( My skin is still red and flaring, but the pain has gone away (thankfully!).
Some things my doctors have told me... they're very worried about my diet and my weight... blood pressure, heart rate, etc. I'm not in any danger now, but they want me to take my general diet and exercise more seriously.
Sigh! So much stop and go with me. I always meet with mild success, but eventually it always drains away to my old eating habits. And the plus side, I *have* lost weight in the past couple of months... 196 as opposed to 204... but blood pressure is still 140/100 and heart rate is too fast for my tastes.
Blah. First... concentrate on flareup... then concentrate on habits.
