Moving up in the world!
As of July 11th, Daytona Beach Community College changed their name to Daytona State College. Obviously, being a state college is more prestigious with far more stringent (and beefier) guidelines to follow for accreditation. (Instructors are required to have a PhD, etc.)
So... without really applying to a state college, I can now put on my resume: Adjunct Instructor in a State College. How cool is that?!? ;) Talk about flying in under the radar!
