Well i got to looking into ROTC and i think i am going to go to Auburn university in alabama because 1. it's a good school, 2. they have the program i want there and i think they have an aviation degree i can get, and 3. it's just a couple hours away from caitlin. Instead of the army ROTC i am thinking of going into the navy ROTC with a marine

As for the losing weight bit: It'll be a breeze. Seriously. Guys drop weight like WHOA when you start working out. I suggest LOTS of cardio. That would be walking/running/jogging. It'll work every muscle of your body plus it'll help you gain endurance and make your heart healthier. Start off slow and build up, don't rush into it by running ten miles and lifting forty pounds in your first set. You'll do fine~ Keep us posted!
