So, basically, I wrote more fic (and ficlets) than I'd remembered this year. Good for me.

I've done other creative things, including recapping that movie for Meg Cabot's blog, my VMars Lianne Manifesto, which, while wrong, is still kind of awesome, and a Playmobil rendition of half of VMars 1.01, which is still way adorable, and VMars Paper Dolls, which at least got me on Fandom Wank, and Grey's Crossover Ideas, which someone should look into but I'm mostly linking to so that it's not all VMars stuff here.

By the numbers: 24 stories total, give or take, whcih is less than usual (just over 1/3 of what I wrote last year, for example) but more than I'd expected all things considered. The most was VMars with eight. So, lots of fandom whorishness this year, basically. And this doesn't count half- or 2/3-finished stories. Or ongoing stories that will never die. Heh.

And, okay, I feel everyone has been doing these, but I can't remember who or where, so I'll just copy the fic survey questions from mine last year.

My favorite story this year (of my own): God, I really didn't write that much this year. Pete and Pete/HP made me giggle a lot, and I have to say, I'm awfully fond of Princess Pride, even though I feel like something about it is off- possibly because it's too short, because god knows Meg Cabot fic must be SEVERAL THOUSAND PAGES LONG. And From Mathematics Further Off let me rationalize Meg, so... yay.

My best story this year: Probably Circle Jerk, I guess. Or Five Matches Logan Echolls Never Lit. From Mathematics Further Off worked far better than I expected it to. Or the Muppet/SN one, if we're going by feedback.

Story most tragically underappreciated by the universe, in my opinion: Honestly, nothing, really. I didn't write enough to be underappreciated. I mean, Betrayal, but that's less because people don't love it/me and more because people are squicked by people over a certain age having sex.

Most fun story: Okay, fine, you kids can have your Muppet/SN one. I'll still take Very Vampires, always.

Most sexy story: I... didn't, this year, I don't think. Two Beer Queer, but I'm pretty sure most of the porn was Nif's.

Story with single sexiest moment: Again, I got nothing. I've spent this year not writing porn. It's bizarre.

Most unintentionally *telling* story: Circle Jerk, again, but for all the reasons you'd expect rather than any of the entertaining ones. And From Mathematics Further Off, because, um, hey, gifted child issues? Me?

"Holy crap, that's *wrong*, even for you" story: None of these were really wrong, is the thing. Although I suppose most of you would say Betrayal.

Story that shifted my own perceptions of the characters: All of the VMars ones made me like Logan a lot more. But, um, I liked him to begin with. So whatever. And From Mathematics Further Off let me love Meg more.

Hardest story to write: Triumph of the Skies. Which wasn't hard, actually, but did take 14 months to write.

Worst story: A lot of these kind of suck, really. Frankly, I'm surprised more of you don't drum me out of your fandoms.

Easiest story to write: Five Muppets Isaac's Pretty Sure He Never Hired. Seriously, kids, this was two hours and a lot of Sudafed.

Story I'd like to revise: None, really. But only because of a truly profound volume of not caring.

Story I didn't write but will at some point, I swear: I need to finish the BSG/Housewives crossover, cause that one just makes me HAPPY, dude. And I have the half-written BSG fic with Roslin as the Grinch. And the Adam/Polly fic that's omniscient voice, and thus switches who I spell Pol(l)y often, occasionally in the middle of the sentence, which I love. And I think those are the only active WiPs I have, actually.

Also, you can trace my Grey's love from the first episode, which is neat. And there's fun stuff like my VMars fandom process and my Victor Garber-thon, and now I want to rewatch large parts of last season of several shows.

Also, wow, you have all been exceptionally kind to me in pretending that I was doing a good job playing stable most of last semester. God damn, kids.

I feel like I've written so little this year. Inspire me, all of you! Make me write something for you!
