*puts wranglehat on* You used it as a freeform, fox1013 used it as a character name and the character tag was the one that was canonized as a subtag of James "Bucky" Barnes.
Wait, why is it a subtag? Why are you implying that James Buchanan Barnes is somehow more VALID or more REAL than a stuffed animal version of him that appeared in a one-shot?
This is bias against stuffed animals at its worst.
I do not disagree about this travesty of justice against stuffed animals, but it is archive policy and not even my fandom that the more generic character gets the top level (ie, Bucky Bear is always James Buchanan Barnes, but James Buchanan Barnes is not always Bucky Bear. At least this way people who search on James Buchanan Barnes will find Bucky Bear too. :D?
