The only thing that got me out of bed this morning was the need to charge my cell phone.
Around 9 PM yesterday, on day 3 of 5 straight days working (omg what IS this being a grown-up bullshit?), I started parsing summaries of SpongeBob SquarePants stories as summaries for Fall Out Boy fic, starring Patrick as Patrick. I read somewhere that since left to right readers are trained to "read" art left to right, we interpret the wave in a pleasing manner -- we're traveling with it. But since its artist and intended audience are of a culture that reads right to left, the wave intrudes on the viewer and carries more menace.
I probably read this in like a Japanese art engagement calendar or some shit, so take with as many grains of salt(~water~) necessary.
