I cannot figure out where I put my cell phone. Again. Whose smart idea was it to give humans the ability to turn the ringer on a cell phone off anyway?

You know how sometimes, when hearing about a particularly stupid act, people will say "What kind of idiot would...?"
I am starting to think I know the answer. Regardless of the question, the answer is me. An idiot like me would do that.
