One would describe such an act as kind. A medication to prevent and/or cure a disease spreading around the City. Yes, that can certainly fall into the general category of 'kind'.
All the same, I will not be taking it. This vaccine is not one that I have had the privilege of testing in my lab. I have always refused to take such a thing without this knowledge. If Butler were still here, he would agree with my decision on this. And he would follow my lead. After all, it is foolish to trust this treatment.
