Well, today was a really good day. Minor issues getting moving this morning but I grabbed my grandfather around 10 to 9 and went to get a donut. After that we drove north past Suisun. The bridge was awesome. There are now 8 toll booths and furthermore, the fastrak lanes are now exclusively fastrak! I swear, the combination of medication in my system has killed me and I have gone to heaven.
Ok, so the rest of the drive was pretty much the usual. We got there and we started shooting. I shot a 91. This means I managed a 91%. The course for the Hank Smith Memorial shoot a week ago was almost identical and the highest score there was a 93. Granted, tehre was a lot more wind.
Now, my grandfather suggested that I was nervous during the shoot. This is true, last week I was competing against people and trying to impress the pretty girl in my squad, but still, jumping to a 93 is kind of surprising.
Tomorrow I go to see Avenue Q, this should be a great weekend.
