Genius!
Over the past week Sam has been stealing my tampons and using them as toys. I'd come home and find one on the bathroom floor, one in the sink, one in my shoe [she likes to leave things in there], and one buried somewhere in the couch. At first I thought it was her way of reminding me to take a few extra tampons with me, given the, um, monthly circumstances; when it happened *everytime* I went out, I figured instead that she just likes to play with them.
So today I bought little plastic easter eggs that you can take apart and put chocolate in. I took a few apart, put Sam's version of chocolate inside -- cosmic cat nip! -- and let them loose around the apartment. I don't think Sam's ever been happier. Tonia & tampons: 1; Sam: 0.
