Haibane Renmei is really pretty... right now there's not much plot, but you can see hints of it. This is after watching the first four episodes. Very artistic and beautiful. If you're fond of Miazaki, you'll like this. If you're a fan of Lain, you'll appreciate the weird twists Yoshitoshi Abe shuffles in there. He's messed up, dude.
His Girl Friday- good movie. It's a little boring, but great if you're curling up with a cup of cocoa. Not one to put on if you want to stay awake. Cary Grant is awesome... as always.... ooow... so hot.... ^_^
Been reading "Last Days of Summer".... great book, by the way. At least it is so far. My brother says he hated it, but it's fantastic up to the point I'm at. It's like... a bunch of letters and interviews and newspaper clippings put together to make a story. Interesting idea- very well done.
Frost on the windshield today. Used windshield wiper fluid to get rid of it. ^_^;; Should probably get the fluid topped off at Jiffy Lube soon, then.
Naruto 65 was mostly boring... but it was justifiably so. Just a filler episode. What did bug me was the animation (it was crap) and the new ending (it was REALLY crap). Sasuke looked like.... I dunno... he swallowed a frog. And Gaara looked like someone ran over his face. Lee's eyes were off alignment. Kakashi looked fat. Hokage-sama looked.... younger. *sighs* Disappointment. But next week it'll be the hour long ep... so oh well.
Rocko's doing great. He's the pet I spoke of. o_O He's so cute... but he still doesn't move around much.
