(no subject)
Jenna and Khaled made dinner last night... delicious! Jenna made some pork ramen, and Khaled made vegetable stir fry. It was really excellent. Unfortunately a pan or two got ruined in the process... but it was sooooo good. ^^ And we watched a silly Japanese movie called "Tanpopo" which was about food. *laughs* Definitely worth checking out if you want a laugh. It makes you hungry, though. ^_^
Um... not much going on with me. Midterm in English tomorrow. No Philosophy class. No work.
I'm taking care of JD again this weekend. He's such a sweetie, but it's kind of painful to take care of him sometimes. He's just so old and wobbly... I don't even want to think of Honey being that unstable. There are some sweetie birds in the house, too, though that I love seeing.
Finally saw Army of Darkness. I kept hearing it was very funny, but I dunno... Maybe I just wasn't in the mood to laugh. I thought the best part was the flapping book that chomped on his hand. But the rest of the movie... it kind of bored me. Oh well. No harm done.
Got a call today for someone asking for "the parents of Nathan Fry" and I totally thought he got arrested or something. But it turned out it was just a survey from the college. Ha ha... I was just waiting to hear Dad say, "Sure, I'll post bail." or "If he doesn't pull up those grades, he's coming straight home." *laughs*
