Progress report

Yesterday (and tonight, because my sleeping rythm is strange):

- 80 minutes cycling
- yoga: downward facing dog (I'm having difficulties with the form, getting my heels to touch the ground and so on)
- strength training: 10 to 15 minutes, planks and the likes
- meditation: 5 minutes, and rather flaky - my mind kept wandering, probably because I didn't pick the best of times and tried a different pose, "astronaut", which I often use for naps. On the other hand: it's nice and easy on the back.
