Hello. This is Greg's roommate and close friend, Burt. I didn't visit here much, and I didn't realize the scope of friends that he had that I didn't even know about. I'm glad that he knew all of you.
My heart has been a stone this entire week, and I have been having uncontrollable fits of crying. I only knew Greg for a little over a year-and-a-half, but living with him for most of that time was more than enough to learn what an amazing person and creative force he was, and to embrace him as one of my closest friends. I will miss his quirks. I will miss his music. I will miss his stories. I will miss his wealth of knowledge about the most obscure things. I will miss his outrageous sense of humor that could always lift my spirits when I was down. I will miss him very, very dearly.
Rest in peace, Greg. I will never forget you.
Greg's father gave me the following information about memorial services:

I will try to post any plans for their visit here as well. Thank you.
