I got my package from Lauren today including three bags of Jack Links beef jerky and one Jeff Foxworthy jerky, plus the last Melt cinnamon lip gloss ever.
I also got the package-waiting-at-post-office slip, which I am PRAYING is my battery from Hong Kong.
I emailed Jeff what I have of my intro.
It's 7684 words long.
It doesn't have an intro or conclusion paragraph and the citations are not in CLCS style.
But it's at a stage where I'd be pretty happy to turn it in. Give me a day's notice to do anything else to it. It's at a stage where I want Jeff to tell me where to add and where to take away. So the official first draft is in.
I'm going to Ali's for dinner with the girls now. After that I'm going to see my boyfriend, who got in this morning. He's jetlagged and I'm exhausted. I'm so glad I'll see him soon.
Tomorrow is for farmers' market and re-starting those transcriptions.
