just kidding, the battery's back down to zero. argh! the internet's also going down every 5 or 10 minutes. so as soon as I get the rest of my life settled (well, that is to say teaching and furniture and a wonderful boyfriend) the technology fails on me. and the dissertation, but that's just normal. Meeting with Jeff yesterday gave me new impetus- he told me the topics that were getting me stuck and disheartened are irrelevant anyway so I should just move on to what is actually the interesting stuff. Wahey! Now I need to transcribe more interviews, and I'll have another on Friday.
