home.
for the first time in thirteen hours.
training->gym->class->pick up the vans from the rental place->loading trailers->wait for boston bus (HALF AN HOUR LATE OH MY GOD but i did get to talk to eric lots)->tealuxe->singeing my larynx on boba'd rooibos->shannon's awesome concert->commuter rail->branvan->here.
i'm so tired and i can't sleeeep yet, i have things to do and last leftovers to eat.
in the morning, I must:
take out mouse batteries
turn off the printer and speakers
empty the humidifier
shower -- don't wash hair, but shave
turn down the heat in here
I am leaving my room sort of a shambles. oh, well.
the people who own the south st cafe are turkish. in the kitchen is a brazilian guy. the new hires are me and Sarit, also a senior. It's no premium and we don't even get free food (half off is nicer than none, though), but it makes money and it's something to do while I'm having my "I can't get anything done" midmorning spells.
wtf? as of, what, this week Multilingual Matters' journals are no longer free to the public? so now that I'm ready to print all those free articles about Irish, I no longer can without paying 20 pounds?
eta: I can still get them via google. hm. anyway, they're all saved now. ftw.
