this morning at crew we were scheduled to do 2 headrace-style pieces. i stroked a light boat that felt really good, but after the first piece i felt like i was going to barf and it didn't go away after several minutes, so we steady stated it back. i blame it on 1) the cold i came down with yesterday, 2) going way tough on the first piece, and 3) GRE nerves.
