right now, I'm more excited than any other feeling.
Soon, though, it'll sink in that... wait a second, he's OLD enough to be on facebook? this must make me ancient!.
Tonight: a tune-learning session hijacked by David wanting the floor and being in PDA love with Emma, but ending up pretty well when I broke into some GBS and Emma was able to sing along.
and this afternoon was lunch at Tacone with Shelby, April and Dave. April got this sandwich with filet mignon and rosemary-chili mayo -- FANTASTIC. also, they have sweet potato fries, which are #1 tasty. and i get april's leftovers (half her sandwich!) for lunch tomorrow. ice cream cake party in the afternoon for her going-away. She's coming back to visit and landing at 11pm on the DAY I take off. it is a sadness. however, this friday the three girls (and maybe Tim?) might be going to some happy hour thing at Tryst, if I can get them interested enough in $1 sushi and $3 specialty martinis.
as of this afternoon we had a cricket in our garage. i was amused as i walked in.
so I'm trying to mess up my sleep schedule so that I can walk/run at 1am at the Relay for Life on saturday, but all i've succeeded in doing is not getting enough sleep ALL week. oy to the vizzey.
