things to do in colorado this summer:

eat at: the olive garden
spicy pickle
jose o'shea's

watch: mrs henderson presents
curb your enthusiasm
da vinci code
kinky boots (but i totally wanna see it again)
a prairie home companion
all the xmen movies
fiddler on the roof
prime
dirty pretty things
donnie darko

take a road trip to santa fe

keep in touch with all my friends from dublin

work and earn moola
(my dad's office is hiring me, tho i'm not working under him so they can't call it nepotism, 'tleast that's what he says -- a little moola, depending on the hours. wondering if i can find more, too.)

find a place or two to go out (and a way or two to get home responsibly)

go to the sunday night session downtown regularly

learn more tunes

see one or more of zach's softball games

learn to scull?

volunteer at the irish festival

go to the renaissance festival once or twice

lose about ten pounds. that shall make me comfortably fall-lightweight weight. by spring, lose five more to be about 5lbs under spring max weight.

wouldn't mind losing some bulk from these bodacious arms, either. the tone's nice, but the diameter of 'em is just awkward. some of my shirts are ruled out due to the size of my 'ceps (bi and tri).

health update: the cold is already progressing to a cough. either it will linger as such for eons (as it did in ireland), or it means that it's just a light blow from the cold and it's already moving through my system.
also, how odd: I seem to be always hungry. I thought one was meant to lose one's appetite during sickness.

goals in the short term:
buy facewipes, razors, and mike's hard lemonade tomorrow. find dad's bike pump so I can inflate the rugby ball I brought home. unpack and do more wash. pack a suitcase of winter clothes for my aunt and uncle to take to connecticut with them. do another workout to help maintain health.

also, I definitely got a hickey from the sun this morning at graduation. oh, high altitude sunshine: an hour and a half and i'm purple.

on the bad side: my aunt and uncle sent a birthday card along with a prepaid credit card to my address in dublin. i definitely never received it. it was sent at least two weeks before I left, which gives it enough time to get through.

tomorrow I'll call reception at Merville and ask 'em. also I can talk to ashley about it.
cept it's saturday, so I don't know who, if anyone, is in on a saturday. argh!

yeah, wish i was still there. the reality of "i'm not going back there for a long, long time" is really starting to sink in. no fun, I tell ya...

okay. bedtime for the sickie.

sick, to do, resolutions
