the heart never lies. (nor does the coors light)

so Diarmaid is sweet, and funny, and caring and nice, and has even been called "hot" by tons of my friends....
but I'm still in love with Peter.

we broke into ratlin bog at the same instant tonight. messing around outside with a guitar after the bar closed, we were doing pop songs and peter breaks into G chords and POOM.
1) I'm psychic; 2) it had to come.

sang a little tonight; played more on the whistle, also. I've made notable progress on instruments this semester. Finally, any sense of notewise muscle memory I had before spring break is coming back, and I'm gaining it on the ocarina (sloooowly). The ocarina's name, by the way, is Kermit. (see "kissin' da frog" quote from thursday's session.) I said I should stop playing it because I didn't see any princes appearing and Peter looked offended.

Friday won't be a BBQ, says peter, cause it's too hard. but it will be a session. perhaps even outdoors!

And the party is tomorrow, not wednesday! wowza. wish it was weds -- I have IRB work to do by thurs and I'd rather not do it the night before! still, things will turn out right.

hahaha so parmentier (who Janet recommended I talk to about the thesis and who I've hencewise been starting to chat with) emailed me being like, "I'll be in the office this week. Do you want to come in and talk?" and I was like, "Unfortunately I'm in Dublin for the semester so that's a little impossible. but I could call you?"

Getting a haircut tomorrow. It's super cheap because the students at a hair school do it, but with supervision. I can't wait to have short-cute hair again. Oh, spring!

Craving: pizza with Papa John's garlic sauce.

boys, food, to do, session, tradsoc
