I increasingly have more and more regret that I wasn't more balanced in college. I wish I had realized and took a stand against my parents that getting straight A's isn't important, and that if I stepped off the gas a little bit to do things like getting into research, taking interesting classes, and expanding outside the same group of ten friends since freshman year, I'd be where I am today and be arguably more well off.
But no, straight A's were apparently really important and really relevant. Really relevant now. I didn't waste three years at CMU, but it certainly wasn't optimal. I want to do college again.
